Here are the latest standings for our Tzolk’in league:

For those not aware of the rules here is a reminder:

Tzolk’in Tourney – A baker’s dozen of rules.

1. This is a League Competition, open to anyone, but only members of LXG can play in the Final.

2. It commenced in March 2015, and will finish in November 2015.

3. The Final will be played at the December 2015 meeting.

4. All games of Tzolk’in (any version, 3 or more players) may be scored, as long as they are played at an LXG Club day or sanctioned event.

5. The results must be given to the Organizer within one month of it being played.

6. Scoring in a game is as follows:

Four or Five player game, 1st place – 4 points down to 0 points for 5th place.

Three player game, 1st place – 3 points down to 1 point for last place.

Tied players share averaged points.

7. A player’s Total Score is the sum of their five highest game scores.

8. Where ties in the Total Scores occur, these are broken in favour of the first person to attain that score.

9. The Final is played at the December meeting, in a basic game, by the four players with the highest Total Scores.

10. The ‘Mad Hatter’ is the finalist who finishes with the highest game points in a basic, four player game.

11. The Mad Hatter shall choose the Seating positions and starting possessor of the Hat.

12. A tie is broken in the following order: 1. The Mad Hatter; 2. The player to his right; 3. The next player to his right.

13. All decisions by the organizer (after consultation) are final.
