Warm up your dice….once again the LXG SECONDARY meeting is on!

Incorporating boardgaming, miniatures gaming and the ever-popular LXG RPG roleplaying sessions, LXG SECONDARY meeting gives everybody another opportunity to meet with friends and share some exhilarating gaming experiences.

Cost: Free for members, $10 non-members. (Please place in the honesty box on the day) This is to cover the cost of the venue hire.

Duration: All meetings run from 9am – 5pm on the designated days.  Members can arrange to stay up to 10pm but they must have this approved by a committee member who has agreed to also stay back and lock up. There is a venue cost to the club of $50 for playing beyond 5pm, so players who wish to remain after hours must each contribute to cover the $50.

Food: There will be a small amount of snack food at the venue (chips, chocolate, drinks, tea/coffee). Use the honesty box provided. $2 each. Profits from this will go towards any short fall in the venue hire. Any profits beyond this will go towards cost of GM material (yet to happen ). For more substantial food there are many takeaway venues within walking distance eg. Subway, pizza etc.

The Concept:
In 2015 LXG added a second meeting each month intended to facilitate a role-playing campaign. This was called LXG EXTRA. However after a couple of years the role players were joined by miniatures players and then board gamers looking for additional days to play. In the end the committee simply opened a second meeting, now known as LXG SECONDARY.
